Oh, how we love Chef Chris Perrine's Turkey Gravy. It might be the secret to a wonderful Thanksgiving. (A little wine helps, too ;)
Slow simmered and deeply flavored with turkey, onions, celery, carrots, shallots, garlic, herbs and cream. So good on everything!
Pint serves 2-4 | Quart serves 4-8
Turkey, onions, celery, carrots, water, parsley, thyme, black peppercorn, bay leaf, shallots, salt, flour, heavy cream, butter, garlic, demi-glace
Allegens: dairy, gluten, soy
Place gravy in a saucepan and heat on medium low heat, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to bottom of pan. Or place in a microwave-safe container, cover and cook for 1 ½ - 2 minutes, stir and serve over the top of your Thanksgiving favorites.
