Bakery

Welcome to the Bakery!

All our pies are 11-inches wide and and least 2-inches deep,
making them at least 2 inches bigger than most pies.
They are all handmade using local ingredients when possible, and
have our famous flaky butter crust (gf and vegan pies excepted :)

Our bakers requires three days notice for online orders,
but if you need a pie right away, just come on by the Market
and see what's in the pastry case!

If you have questions or would like to ship a pie,
give us a call at 970-223-7437 and ask for the Market.

Located in an historic 100-year-old grain mill in the heart of Fort Collins' River District, Ginger and Baker is home to two restaurants, a coffeeshop, scratch bakery, teaching kitchen, event spaces, market and some of the best patios in town.

Since we opened our doors in 2017, we've become a community hub for dining, shopping, learning, celebrating and enjoying a great slice of homemade pie.
