Located in an historic 100-year-old grain mill in the heart of Fort Collins' River District, Ginger and Baker is home to two restaurants, a coffeeshop, scratch bakery, teaching kitchen, event spaces, market and some of the best patios in town.
Since we opened our doors in 2017, we've become a community hub for dining, shopping, learning, celebrating and enjoying a great slice of homemade pie.
