Ripe blueberries baked with a twist of fresh lemon in our gluten-free flaky vegan crust topped with crunchy almond flour streusel with a hint of cinnamon. Delish!

Lemons, blueberries, lemon juice, rice flour, chick pea flour, cornstarch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, sugar, salt, vegan buttery spread, rice milk, cinnamon.
Caring for your Ginger and Baker Pie: Our pies are fully baked then frozen for maximum freshness. Upon arrival, store in the fridge until ready to serve.
If your pie is still frozen upon receipt, thaw overnight in the fridge or, for faster thawing, on your kitchen counter. When thawing pies on the counter, remove the plastic wrap to avoid soggy crust. Pies will stay fresh in the fridge for up to one week.
Remove plastic wrap.
Place thawed pie on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 30-60 minutes until thoroughly warm.

This pie is available for shipping to anywhere in the Continental US. A $10 packaging fee will be added to the cost of shipping at checkout.
